Shelter Stores shade sails and tensile walkways are designed to offer a stylish range of structures to offer protection from the elements on a sunny or rainy day. This allows students and employees to get out for some fresh air, even when the weather isn't too great. A varied choice of tensile fabric structures; traditional steel and aluminium, or timber frames, each option offering different benefits and advantages.

As standard, all of our shade sails are fitted with high quality all weather Ferrari 502 Fabric, this is due to four main reasons:

Longevity - The Precontraint composite membranes benefit from a thicker coating at the top of the threads, and consequently the Precontraint 502S range have an outstanding level of mechanical resistance over time and are significantly easier to handle (lightness).

Tear Strength - In the event of an accidental tear or perforation during installation or as a result of vandalism, the high - tenacity structure of the textile prevents it from spreading.

Exceptional Dimensional Stability- The textile fabric retains its initial shape and perfect tension due to the dimensional stability of the textiles, manufactured using the Ferrari Precontraint technology.

UV Resistant - With a strong experience of over 20 years in coating formulations and in selecting pigments, Ferrari textiles offer unparalleled resistance to U?V rays and retain their original colour over time.

Abshade Ultra Com 95 is a imported fabric from Australia and is a superior quality 95% commercial grade shade cloth suitable for architectural use. It is a heavyweight fabric (325gsm) designed for the commercial overhead fabrications involving larger spans and structural applications. Perfect for long walkways.
